Walmart said on Tuesday, October 20, that it will sell Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus together for $120 a year. Bought separately, Walmart+ costs $98 and Sam's Club Plus costs $120. The bundle is annual only, with no monthly option and no free trial.

Chief executive John Furner told Fox Business the offer is aimed at the holiday season, when households try to save money and time. He said some customers are showing pressure, especially from higher energy costs. The offer does not reduce the posted price of groceries or fuel. Members get delivery, Sam's Club access, member pricing, a streaming choice, gas discounts and 2% Sam's Cash on eligible purchases.

An annual Walmart+ member can add Sam's Club Plus for $22. A Sam's Club member can upgrade to Plus for $60 and receive Walmart+. Current Plus members can activate Walmart+ at no extra charge. U.S. field workers at both chains will receive both memberships. A shopper saves only if they would otherwise pay for both plans.

Will the $120 Walmart bundle lower your grocery prices? No grocery price cut was announced. The discount applies to combining two memberships, not to the shelf price of food or fuel.
